Cancellation Policy – Khatigo

At Khatigo, we deal with fresh and perishable products. Therefore, our cancellation policy is designed to ensure fairness for both customers and our sourcing process.

1. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before confirmation or processing without any charge.
2. Once the order is confirmed and sourcing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Same-Day / Pre-Order Items

1. For pre-order items (such as fish or seasonal products), cancellation must be made well in advance.
2. Once collection or preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed.

3. After Dispatch

1. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are out for delivery.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. If a cancellation is accepted, any advance payment (if made) will be refunded.
2. Refund time may vary depending on the payment method.

5. Khatigo Cancellation Rights

Khatigo reserves the right to cancel an order if:

1. The product is unavailable
2. There are unexpected supply issues
3. Delivery is not possible due to unavoidable reasons

In such cases, any advance payment will be refunded.
